Cancellations & Refunds
Every NuNu toy is made just for you. Nothing waits on a shelf — when your order comes in we start printing it, in the colours you chose. That's rather the whole idea, and it's what shapes how cancelling works.
Changed your mind? There's a window.
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll refund you in full, as long as we haven't started printing. A message on WhatsApp or a note to nunu3dtoys@gmail.com with your order number is all it takes.
After that, your toys are already being made.
Once the printer is running we can't cancel or take the order back — your set has been made for you and for nobody else. We know that isn't the most flexible thing in the world, so if you're unsure about a colour, message us before you order. We would much rather help you choose than have you end up with something you didn't quite want.
If anything arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us.
Send us a photo within 3 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, delivery included. There's no need to post anything back to us.
Refunds
Go back to the card you paid with, and usually land within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
How long an order takes
Printing and delivery usually takes 5 to 12 days. We often get there sooner, and if we are ever running late we will tell you before the date rather than after it.
